Graduated from Conifer Senior High School in 2013. Currently attending Arapahoe Community College and transferring into the Colorado School of Mines for my Masters next year. I currently have a 3.8 GPA and I am majoring in Statistics and Applied Mathematics with hopes of going into Biostatistics.
Experience
Former GED tutor with experience tutoring in statistics, mathematics (high school level and middle school level), science (college evolutionary biology, cellular biology, ecology), essay writing (MLA format), and study skills. I am an AP Scholar and know how the tests are formed and how to pass. I also scored 31 on the ACT writing and ACT science so I'm valuable in that respect. Aside from tutoring, I work as a volleyball coach and a youth sports coach so I have experience working with elementary through high school students as I have had a very successful coaching career (7 years). In high school I was awarded: -Awarded Most Outstanding Advanced Placement Statistics Student – A senior award awarded to only 2 of the entire senior class for math. -Awarded Most Outstanding Social Studies Student – A senior award awarded to only 2 of the entire senior class for social studies. -AP Scholar – Granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams. -200 Club at Conifer High School – Awarded to students who donated at least 200 hours of their time towards community service.

Hobbies
I play and coach volleyball and love sports. My favorite subjects are math, life sciences, and writing. I own a beautiful (and smelly) dog--she is a beagle-basset hound mix.
